How lucky we are to have this service on our doorstop. Attended with my partner who was having monthly treatments here. Nurse was friendly and professional. My review is mainly to give a shout out to the gentleman on reception - what an asset he is to your team!

This was my first visit to this clinic, my first impression was that it all looks very clean. The lady on Reception welcomed me and was very polite and friendly. I was attending for my ears to be syringed, the lady carrying out the procedure, talked me through it and was very professional. I would highly recommend this clinic, prices are reasonable too!

Attended an ultrasound this morning. Kind, caring staff. Receptionist was warm and welcoming. I am generally quite nervous at appointments like this but my appointment was on time and the scan went quickly without issue. The first review on Google I saw made me nervous but there was nothing to be nervous about. The service and professionalism was much better here than I’d previously experienced in hospital, they treat you like a person here, like you matter - thank you.

Had a procedure of Ear Wax removal today at Healthcare Alliance. All the staff were very friendly, polite and very helpful. Procedure was quick and efficient. Happy yo recommend this practice. 👍

Every time I go the receptionists and nurses are lonely and very nice and really helpful they always answer any questions I have I go around every 3 weeks and have been 4 times so far and every time has been great i was really late once due to traffic lights everywhere and they where really nice about it and still let me see the nurse thank you.
